The young man who serviced the patio is a very kind person and excellent example of an employee. My friend and I had an unfortunate event and the young man was very helpful. Thank you so much for having an empathetic approach while solving an issue.

I normally go through the drive-thru, but decided to order in-store. I usually like to order ahead in the app, otherwise, I'm like a deer in headlights. I was greeted by the staff upon entering. My barista was, Julia, who remained interactive, and patient, while I mulled over my options. She paid special attention to the quality of my food, and I really appreciated it. At times, it is the smallest gestures that can make your day a good one.

I've been buying coffee here for over a month, almost every day, because the coffee tastes quite good. Today, like every other day, I ordered one hot coffee and one iced coffee, both in venti cups. But the man gave me a hot coffee that wasn't hot at all. I told him it wasn't hot, and he said it was because I had ordered cold foam on top. But I've been drinking this type of coffee for over a month, and every day it's been hot and the cup has been full. However, the coffee I received today, as shown in the picture, wasn't even half full, yet I still had to pay for a large cup. The man's attitude was very unpleasant when I brought up the problem. I really like the coffee here, but I will never come back because of this terrible experience today.

This is such a great location! The staff are all wonderful to talk to and they take great care of the customers. The store is spotlessly clean every time I visit, and as far as the stores go, this one’s layout is great for spending some extra time. It’s very comfy here. Having traveled extensively for work, both abroad and across the US, this store and its team are, hands-down, the best Starbucks I’ve experienced. Kase, the manager, leads a great group of people and I’ve been a loyal customers for a few years now. I’ll happily keep coming back!

This is the best Starbucks I go to---the best customer service! So friendly and, even though I have moved away from here, they remember me after months (See pic)
